a. Our standard warranty is for 1 year.

3. Can the SCALA1 withstand very high temperatures such as a heatwave?
a. SCALA1 is designed to withstand the severe temperatures (up to 55C) of the desert climate, however we do recommend using a pump cover for installation in the Middle East.

4. What is the noise level of the SCALA2?
a. The SCALA2 has a noise level of 47dBA, it’s probably more silent than your dishwasher.

5. Does the SCALA2 have any built-in water savings and safe alarms?
a. Yes, the SCALA2 has built-in alarms ranging from power supply failure, blockage with the pump as well as leak detection alarm, along with dry run protection – protecting the pump from damage caused due to lack of water in the water tank.
